Our Bus Fleet
Bus Rental Company Baltimore is the leading provider of charter bus rentals in Baltimore because we have the largest, most diverse fleet in the Mid-Atlantic—serving every type of event from Orioles and Ravens games to D.C. marches, Johns Hopkins shuttles, cruise transfers, and Maryland weddings with 18-, 20-, 25-passenger minibuses and 56-passenger full-size motorcoaches built for any group size or itinerary. We operate across Baltimore City and County—including Towson, Hunt Valley, White Marsh, Catonsville, Columbia, Annapolis, BWI, and the entire I-95 corridor—so you can always get exactly the vehicle you need on the dates you want, backed by real 24/7/365 support from experts who answer the phone, move fast, and know how to run big, complicated trips.Â
Need something specific? We have multiple floor plans (including rear luggage, perimeter seating, and Wi-Fi-enabled coaches), so you’ll always get a vehicle that fits your group, your budget, and your baggage. And if you’re running a multi-bus move—like a university athletics department, corporate commuter shuttle, or moving an entire wedding party—we’ll assign a dispatcher to coordinate pickups, handle staging, and keep you on schedule. When you call Bus Rental Company Baltimore, you get exactly the bus you need, at a price you can afford, with support that doesn’t quit until the job’s done.
18 Passenger Minibus Rental
This is one of the smallest buses in our fleet—but it’s still bigger than you think. Perfect for airport transfers to BWI, hotel shuttles around the Inner Harbor, corporate training sessions, bachelor/bachelorette parties bar-hopping in Fells Point or Federal Hill, or moving VIPs between terminals at Baltimore Penn Station and Camden Yards. You get forward-facing seats, overhead grab rails, A/C that actually keeps up in August, and room for backpacks or briefcases. Need to move people fast through city traffic? This is your best bet. Available in Baltimore City, Towson, Columbia, Ellicott City, and anywhere else you need to go.
20 Passenger Minibus Rental
When you need something bigger than a van but smaller than a full-size bus, the 20-passenger minibus hits the sweet spot. It’s compact enough to navigate tight streets in downtown Baltimore, Fells Point, or Federal Hill, but still offers comfortable, forward-facing seats with optional amenities like WiFi, power outlets, and reclining backs. There’s overhead storage for backpacks and small bags, plus rear cargo space for larger items. This model is popular for corporate shuttles between offices and parking lots, wedding party transportation to venues like the Baltimore Museum of Industry or Mt. Washington Mill Dye House, and school trips to local attractions like the National Aquarium or Maryland Science Center. It’s also a great choice for church groups, sports teams, or any mid-sized gathering that needs reliable, point-to-point transportation.
25 Passenger Minibus Rental
Need something bigger? The 25-passenger minibus gives you extra seating without jumping to a full-size coach. You still get all the same amenities—Wi-Fi, USB ports, PA system, climate control—but with more capacity. This is a favorite for wedding shuttles to places like the Baltimore Museum of Industry or Turf Valley Resort, corporate outings to Camden Yards or M&T Bank Stadium, or moving student groups from Towson University to downtown. There’s room for everyone and their gear, with storage racks above the seats and space in the back for coolers or instrument cases.
56 Passenger Charter Bus Rental
This is the biggest bus you can get—perfect for moving large groups long distances. Every seat reclines and has its own reading light, so passengers can relax on the way to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, or New York City. There are flat-screen monitors mounted throughout the cabin, connected to a DVD player and HDMI input for presentations or movies. The sound system includes multiple speakers and a wireless microphone for announcements. Wi-Fi comes standard, along with 110V outlets and USB ports at every row. The restroom is located at the rear of the coach, with a folding door for privacy. Luggage bays underneath the floor provide up to 500 cubic feet of storage, accessed by side-hinged doors on either side of the bus. Additional features include dual roof-mounted air conditioners, tinted windows, and optional branding on the exterior panels.
